Main active ingredients
Aminophylline stimulates the activity of the beta 2 adrenergic receptor (ADRB2), causing a localized lipolytic effect and favoring the elimination of excess retained water, thus achieving a rapid reduction in muscle volume and definition.
Aminophylline allows the beta receptors on cell membranes to activate the elimination of fat more efficiently. To remove fat, beta receptors create cAMP, which enables lipolysis. Without aminophylline, beta receptors cannot generate lipolysis due to phosphodiesterase, since it paralyzes cAMP and stops fat burning. Aminophylline inhibits phosphodiesterase, preventing it from interfering with cAMP and therefore in the production of lipolysis.
Caffeine is an alkaloid that is mainly extracted from coffee beans and leaves. It has a great capacity to cross the skin barrier and a high biological activity as an antioxidant and as an anti-cellulite-reducer of body fat.
